“The Landscapes of Living Heritage”

Friday evening - Connie Kaldor will entertain delegates with her keynote address and a performance. The evening concludes with a Reception/Party sponsored by NICOR.

Saturday Forum - Lisa Prosper, Director at the Centre of Cultural Landscape, Willowbank (Niagara ON) will lead the discussion on Cultural Landscapes; while Dale Jarvis, an Intangible Cultural Specialist of Newfoundland, will engage delegates with discussions around Intangible Heritage. Both Lisa’s and Dale’s plenaries will be enhanced with other speakers, ensuring lively presentations and engagement for Forum delegates. These sessions will provide invaluable ideas for delegates to take back to their organizations and/or communities.

Saturday’s luncheon program includes the unveiling of the film “Main Street Means Business”. This film, produced by Heritage Canada The National Trust, outlines the Main Street goals and approach, and highlights the activity currently occurring in Saskatchewan. Let’s start the dialogue about the value of investing in Main Street.
