Most of the materials on this website were compiled by THEN/HiER for this purpose. Some areas of the website in the Contribute section (Video, Podcast, Blog Post, News, Events) allow THEN/HiER members to upload their own content. THEN/HiER management will evaluate such member-generated materials on a regular basis and remove anything it deems to be irrelevant or inappropriate. THEN/HiER is not responsible for this content. Required information collected by THEN/HiER when one becomes a member on the website includes first name, last name, institution, and email address only. Optional information includes category of history education constituency the member belongs to, position, and interests. THEN/HiER does not share any of this information with any other organization or individual. When a member or non-member visits the website, THEN/HiER compiles aggregate statistics without identifying any personal information.

Access to your personal information
Members may choose to allow other members to contact them by e-mail via their personal contact form. Your e-mail address is not made public. Site administrators have access to your personal information and are able to contact you even if you choose not to enable this feature. All other information you provide to THEN/HiER when you become a member becomes visible to the public.

Members may modify their personal information by visiting their account page. If you no longer wish to be a member of THEN/HiER please contact us and we will remove your member account. None of your personal information will be retained by THEN/HiER.
