Oral History Project/ Travelers to India in the 1960s and 1970s

I am a Berlin based historian working on a research project on the Transnational Youth Culture in the 1960s and 1970s (West Germany, UK, USA and India). I am looking for contemporary witnesses who travelled to India in the 1960s and 1970s and who are willing to share their memories and experiences. I should like to formally interview witnesses for this oral history project. I will be travelling  in the U.S. in July 2014. I am looking forward to suggestions and hints facilitating contact with potential interviewees.
