3D in Museums

For over a decade, museums have been fascinated by the potential of emerging 3D technologies. Discussions have recently come back to the fore, given the relatively sudden availability of accessible 3D printing and scanning technologies. Delegates at the recent National Council on Public History annual conference in Ottawa were treated to a show-and-tell session of these technologies, presented by Western University and sponsored by the Ontario Augmented Reality Network (OARN).
