ICOM Canada is pleased to announce a new FREE online professional development series! This quarterly series will highlight Canadians working in museums and provide an opportunity for you to engage with colleagues from across the country while discussing groundbreaking work in the museum sector.

Sarah Beam-Borg is the Exhibitions Manager at the new Aga Khan Museum in Toronto. Sarah will talk to us about what it is like to open a brand new museum and organize the first exhibitions in a new space.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, Bachelor of Education and is a certified Project Management Professional. With a post-graduate certificate in Museum Management and Curatorship, her professional experience in museums has included roles as Collection Manager, Assistant Curator, Project Manager and Exhibition Manager.
